The Naguilian Water District, in its initiative to increase their Alternative Payment Options, has partnered with Electronic Commerce Pay Inc. (ECPay). their partnership will allow their concessionaires to pay their NWD Monthly Water Bills to any ECPay Partners and Merchants nationwide.

Due to their Partnership, NWD Concessionaires can now pay their water bills at any ECPay accredited Pawnshops, any 7 Eleven CLIQQ Kiosks, and through Maya, ShopeePay, Lazada and many more!

ECPay is set to launch their partnership with NWD on the first week of May.

This Partnership will supplement the current Alternative Payment Options of NWD.
