In line of its commitment on providing safe water for all at all times, Another Production Well was being drilled at the Lioac Norte II Pumping Station.

As of writing, they are now in the processing of Reaming the Borehole from 10″ Pilot Hole to 14″ Hole. this is to facilitate the installation of the Well Casing and the gravel pack.

After the installation of the Well Casing, a 72 Hour Pumping Test will be conducted. the Main purpose of this is to determine the Capacity of the Well, the Recovery Rate of the Well, and the overall feasibility of the well. if the 72 Hour Pumping Test is successful, it will then proceed to the installation of the Electro-Mechanical Equipment required for the operation of the well.

It is expected to produce around an additional 1.7 Million Liters Per Day to NWD’s Daily Production. It is Targeted to be fully operational by the end of May, 2024.

as of April 2024, the overall NWD’s Production Capacity is at 6.1 Millions Liter Per Day.
